Our definition of excellent means no chips, cracks, major factory flaws, repairs or excessive wear.
Due to the age of some of the items offered for sale a few faint surface scratches or wear is to be expected. These items are not “new” and have been used.
Please reserve only items that you wish to purchase. Please confirm your order by email. All items will be held for 7 days only. Prompt mailing of payment is expected after an item is reserved. If for any reason you need to cancel or revise your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
Postage and insurance are extra. Items will be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail. Furniture will be shipped by freight or local pick up is encouraged.
Full Refund/Return of item(s) is accepted. We ask to be notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item that you wish to return it to us. American Dinnerware Antiques requests that item(s) to be returned are shipped back the same way it was originally shipped to the customer.
